I can't describe how it felt to see that pot when I opened their launch email... Unfortunately the price is a bit prohibitive for a Brazil import, but I'd love to get my hands in one if I could.

I love these retro systems. My friend Henning just put his game Roguecraft out on the Evercade. I normally emulate physical games that I own on my steamdeck. I did have a large retro-system and library of games for many years but maintaining them required a level of commitment I don’t have anymore. So my Steamdeck is quite tricked out in appearance.

Recently my son’s top screen for his Pokemon edition 2DSXL started to give out. He wants to keep on playing since he’s been playing the pokemon games since the pandemic - they were his very first games. So I’m looking at not only performing the most difficult retro screen repair out there but also additional hardware solutions where he can still use his physical games.

I'm not even into retro Atari but this looks awesome, I love all the different control options and the support for *legally obtained* ROM's is bound to be a selling point for many.

A little too pricey for me considering the cheapness of an actual Atari and other options but glad to see something like this on the market.

That sounds pretty cool. I didn’t expect anything from Atari in terms of a handheld being released. Nice to see this out there.
